MUNICIPAL SERVICES CREWPERSON

The Village of Pardeeville, WI is seeking a professional to fulfill the requirements of Municipal Services Crewperson.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) performing minor and routine building maintenance, 
general landscaping duties, maintaining all parks and recreation facilities and equipment, street 
care and maintenance, and cleaning, care and maintenance of Village owned buildings and grounds.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing heavy 
manual labor or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Applicants must also have a 
valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin commercial driver’s 
license within six months of employment. The selected candidate will also have prior experience operating
equipment such as tractors, mowers, bobcats, chainsaws, etc. This position requires the ability to 
work in all types of weather conditions and respond to emergency calls and some after hours work 
when required. This is considered a full-time position with benefits; pay range will be $24-$28/hour, based on

DEPUTY CLERK/TREASURER

The Village of Pardeeville, WI is seeking a professional to fulfill the requirements of Deputy 
Clerk/Treasurer. The intent of this position is to be cross-trained in all divisions for the 
Village of Pardeeville and Pardeeville Utilities.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) assisting with miscellaneous licensing and permits, 
accounts receivable and payable, utility billing, tax bill preparation/collection, zoning/variance, 
building inspection, and elections. Other primary duties shall revolve around assisting the 
Clerk/Treasurer. This is considered a confidential position.
Qualifications: Minimum of three years of office experience. Municipal experience is preferred and 
experience with Caselle billing software would be beneficial. The selected candidate exercises a 
high degree of independence, initiative, professional expertise, and sound judgment; the ability to 
establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public; must 
have ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Must be able to prioritize, coordinate, and 
schedule multiple assignments, interpret the Village Code of Ordinance, have a driver’s license; be 
proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
